With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene L. Deditch of Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Demers and Yvonne Demers; and her siblings, Albert Demers (Barney), Robert Demers (Bobby), Lionel Demers, Richard Demers (Dickie), Theresa Demers, Jacqueline Demers (Jackie), Pauline Demers-Smith and Muriel Demers.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Frank Deditch of Fredericktown; her children, Andrew Frank Deditch, Jr. (Andy) of Lewiston, Maine, Aaron C. Deditch (Lou Ann Sylvester) of East Hanover and Arleen Paula Sullivan; her grandchildren, Katelin (Kate), Mickel (Scott) of Highland Park, Illinois, William Sullivan Jr. (Will) of Seabeck, Popham, Beaches of Maine, Funtown and Monkey-C-Monkey-Do of Boothbay's Railway Village Museum; and her nieces, Diane Smith, Eileen Smith, Pauline Smith, Brenda Gaylord, Joyce Armstrong and Jackie Demers. She is also survived by her family and friends.
