She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Larocque and Eva Larocque; her husband Bertrand Seguin; and her siblings, Albert J. P. Larocque, Madeleine Larocque of Lewiston, Mariette Larocque of Lewiston and Helen Latullipe.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Seguin (May), Ronald Seguin (Diane), John Seguin (Kathryn) of Lewiston, Loanne Popp (Jonathan) of Union and Christine Moreau (Normand) of Lewiston; her grandchildren, Nathan Seguin (Julie) of Hampton, NJ, Leah of Lewiston, Ronald (Taylor) of Lewiston, Margaruette of Lewiston, Anna Seguin of Lewiston, Joshua (Whitney) of Lewiston, Jonathan Moreau (Danielle) of Lewiston and Brian Moreau of Livermore Falls; and her great grandchildren, Elise of Lewiston, Payton of Lewiston, Kason of Lewiston, Korbin of Lewiston, Kinsley Moreau of Lewiston and Charlotte Seguin of Lewiston. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, it was Joanne's desire that donations be made to the Androscoggin Home Healthcare and Hospice, 15 Strawberry Avenue, Lewiston, Maine.
