He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelley and Cora Kelley (Taylor); his wife Nancy Norton; and his siblings, Judy, Gary, Don, Jim Kelley and Linda Jennings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen Jordan and Debra Austin (Shaun); his grandchildren, Kyle Bates (Stephanie), Brian Bates (Jazzmyne Hunt), Noah Marquis (Abby Tibbetts) and Gabrielle Marquis (Tylor Montminy); his great grandchildren, Leanna, Allison and Dexter Bates; and his sisters, Katherine Richards of Wilton and Janice Spiller of Strong.
