He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rios and Inez Burley. He is survived by: his children, Amaya Nachole Rios and Lamelo Starr Rios; the mother of his children Melissa Bennett; his grandmother Kathleen Esprit; his siblings, Kenneth Harrigan (Bethany), Kevin Prentice, Kobe Rios, Karmello Rios, Rayvon Taylor, Korey Rios, Demetria Davis, Deisha Nesbitt, Brianna Williams and Rayvionna Taylor; and his aunt Meagan Rios. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, an extensive extended family, and friends.
