He is survived by: his mother Judy Flaherty; his brother Mike Flaherty; his stepfather Bob Marstaller; his brother Chuckie Hinkley; and his close friends, Angela Russell, Johnathan Libby, Melanie Brown, Monica Lee Floyd, Valik Szekely, Wendy Banfield, Will, Sara, Josh Hazlett and Barbara Jones.
