Mona Jean Douglass Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Jean Douglass of Lewiston, Maine, born in Van Buren, Maine, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mona Jean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mona Jean farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Douglass. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Vincent (Krystal) and Joshua Douglass (Meghan); and her grandchildren, Celeste, Gavin, Jackson and Ivy. She is also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 27 Water St, Hallowell, ME 04347.
