He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfrid Dulac and Germaine Dulac; and his children, Chad Pelkey (Sheena) of Greene, Cody Dulac (Annamaria) of Lewiston, Amanda Soper of Lewiston, Mindy Marquis (Ryan) and Karli Smith of Auburn. He was also cherished by his siblings, extended family, and many dear friends.
