He is survived by: his wife Beverly Miller; his sister Nancy of Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Donna Mahoney Chappell of Naples, FL and Reggie Turcotte; and his adoptive children, Stacey, Brent Carter, Jeff and Cathy Chappell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
