He was predeceased by: his wife Rita LaFlamme. He is survived by: his sons, John LaFlamme (Karen LaFlamme) of Lewiston and James LaFlamme (Ethel LaFlamme) of Greene; and his grandchildren, Nikki LaFlamme and Benjamin LaFlamme.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, Or in research for Parkinson's disease.
