He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Petkers and Marie Petkers (Gill); and his brother Dr. William Petkers. He is survived by: his wife Claire Petkers of Lewiston; his children, Michelle Gass (Scott) of San Francisco, CA, Rob Petkers (Barbie) of Winthrop and Jon Petkers (Stephanie) of Orrs Island; his grandchildren, Megan, William Gass, Ava Petkers and Aaron Petkers; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Mervine, Emma and Austin Ayotte; and his stepgreat-grandson Jaxon.
