He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Couture and Edwidge Couture (Longchamps); his sister Yolande Gagne; his brother-in-law Louis Philippe Gagne, Jr.; his sister Madeleine Marquis; and his brothers-in-law, Willie Marquis, Daniel D'Auteuil Sr. and Leonard Thompson Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Gabriel Couture, Muguette Thompson and Rachel D'Auteuil; and his cousin Shirley St. Cyr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
