He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen Girardin; and his parents, Muriel Girardin and Marcel Girardin. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jasper, Iris Hughes and Marshall Rand; and his siblings, Susanne Heeschen, Patricia Roy and Daniel Girardin. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
