He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Blouin and Rita Blouin (Perreault); and his brothers, Raymond and Eugene Blouin. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Blouin (Roy) of Lewiston; his children, Michelle Fraser (Kevin) of Candia, NH, Louise Michaud (Eddy) of Lewiston, Rachel Lepardo (Stephen) of West Roxbury, MA, Andre Guerin (Pam Giroux) of Lewiston, Daniel Guerin (Denise) of Minot, Marriette Riendeau (Timothy) of Sabattus and Ronald Guerin of Portland; and his siblings, Louise Mendoza (Fernando) of Lewiston, Pauline Blouin of Lewiston and Leo Blouin (Terry) of Turner. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
