He is survived by: his wife Maura Murphy; his siblings, Susan (Stephen Shestakofsky) and George of Miami, FL; his brother-in-law Jay Weed of Key West, FL; his nephews, Nick, Jon and Ben Shestakofsky; and his friend Stephen Kottler. He is also survived by his family and many dear friends.
