She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Fields and Hazel Fields; her siblings, Orland Fields (Bub) and Betty Bubier; and her daughter Wendy Burgess (Jesse).
She is survived by: her former husband Jim Christensen; her sister Donna Smiley (Hazen); and her friends, Julie Strout and Linda Lelansky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
