He is survived by: his wife Brenda Palmer (Porter); his children, Deniece Palmer, Yvonne Palmer-Smith and Charles Palmer (Lindsay); his brother Mark Palmer; his grandchildren, Zackary, Vincent, Nadia, Makayla Smith, Madysen and Landon Palmer; and his great grandchild Finnegan Daniels.
