He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Blake; his parents, Stanley Blake and Anna Blake; his brother Stanley Blake Jr.; and his daughter Michelle Dandridge.
He is survived by: his sister Jennifer Gammon of Florida; his children, Christopher Blake of Limington and Tabitha Blake (Chad Anthony) of Effingham, NH; and his stepdaughter Sabrina Ramsdell of Limington. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
