He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Proctor and Priscilla Proctor (Grover); his daughter Wanda Proctor; and his grandson Andrew Proctor. He is survived by : his wife Isabelle I. Proctor (Pulk); his children, Rodney Proctor Jr. (Gloria Russo) of Lisbon, Stephen Proctor (Becky) of Oxford, Jerry Proctor Sr. (Lisa) of Lisbon, Mark Proctor Sr. (Cathy) of Lisbon and Barbara LaFontaine (David) of Lisbon; and his siblings, David, Henry and Elizabeth. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
