He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Faye (Vough) and Donald Ralph Higley; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda, Dottie, Phil, Mike and Mitch; his wife Karen; his daughters, Alyssa, Angela (Matt), Katie (Kelby) and Kacey (Greg); and his grandchildren, Cy, Olivia, Jackson, Adeline, Claire, Elliette and Mallory.
