He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cook and Louise Cook (Bryant); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Glendon Cook, Clarice Dunham and Leanne Norton.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Fournier (Timothy) and Kevin Cook (Patricia); his granddaughters, Erika Jariwala (Gautam), Danielle Fournier (David Young) and Kristen Fournier (Jason Bolduc); his great grandchildren, Krish Jariwala and Jaxen Bolduc; and his brother Robert Cook (Lorna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
