He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hall and Dorothy Hall (Laird); his daughter Kimberly Hall; and his brothers, Chester Hall, Jr. and Albert Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall of Livermore; his sons, Joseph Hall of Lunenburg, MA and Mike Hall of Rumford; and his siblings, William Hall, Frank Hall, John Hall of Wilmington, Gwendolyn Sheehan of Chelmsford, MA. and Dorothy Hall of Tewksbury, MA.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Home of Arthur & Mary Hall (1456 Federal Rd, Livermore, ME 04253).
