He was predeceased by: his siblings, Suzanne Vose (Paul) and Kenneth; and his father-in-law Sonny Lafreniere. He is survived by: his wife Brenda LaFreniere; his daughter Michelle Brann (Darren); his grandsons, Noah and Leo of Winthrop; his son Thomas of Livermore; his brother Dennis Merrill (Judy) of Readfield; his mother-in-law Alice Lafreniere of Livermore; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen (Joy), Harvey (Lisa), Gary (Kim), Ross (Shiloh), Lance (Kristi) and Leon (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a huge circle of loving friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Portland, 250 Brackett Street, Portland, Maine 04102.
