She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barnett and Sylvia Barnett (Cuniff); her husband Gib Cassidy; her former husband Lyman Dennison; her daughter Sherrill Haddock (Dennison); her sisters, Hilda Rae Barnett, Mary Blanchard, Rebecca Keenon and Donna LaRive; and her great grandchildren, Treana Kellish and Taegre Denbow.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda May and Calvert Barnett; her children, Nancy Sarchfield (Allan), Marilyn Hughes, Marlene Gilpatrick, Kathy Saletta, Ralph Dennison (Carol) and Tommy Cassidy (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Brandi, Heidi, Holly, Bobby, Marty, Jody, Traci, Tim, Shannon, Diana, Emma, May and Ruthie. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Hazel's name to a charity of your choosing that honors her memory and spirit of service.
