He is survived by: his children, Kelley Fitzgerald (Dwayne) of Campobello Island and David Case (Jaime) of Lubec; his grandchildren, Brendan Fitzgerald (Ashley), Shamus Fitzgerald (Brookelyn), Alex Marotta, Chloe Savage and Sutton Farmer; his great grandchildren, Raidan and Casen Fitzgerald; his siblings, Bobby Case and Patty McMillan (Ian); his siblings-in-law, David Marston (Debbie), Charlene Marston and Sarah Swallow (George); his nieces and nephews, David Rice (Holly Wyman), Angel Lyons (Scott), Jason Marston, Daniel Marston, Vicki Marston, Sherri Pike and Robert Swallow; and his adoptive daughter Jill Ouellette. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
