He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon Farmer and Ruth Farmer (Jones); and his brothers, David and Alton. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Moores); his son Bernie Jr. (Kimberly Lyons); his grandson Nicholas Farmer; his siblings, Marie Wasson (Robert) of Cutler, Diane Reynolds (Stanley) of Jonesboro, Gregory (Gina) of Machias and Eugene of Indiana; his pet Zoie; and his close friend William Bulmer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
