She is survived by: her husband Herbert Riggs; her grandchildren, Starr Jones, Amaya Riggs, Cody Jones and Damian Riggs; her children, Joel Riggs and Heather Bulmer (John); her sister Crystal Morang; and her aunt Mary (Gary Marshall). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
