She was predeceased by: her parents, James MacDonald and Mabel MacDonald (Stevens); her husbands, Thomas Hatt of Machias and James Mullen of Eastport; her brothers, Raymond MacDonald of California, James MacDonald Jr. of Massachusetts and Thomas MacDonald of Eastport; her daughter Holly Horne of Tennessee; her stepson Chris Mullen of Waterville; her close friend Donald Johnson of East Machias; her brother Ronald "Bucky" Hatt; and her sister-in-law Beth Hatt of Machias.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Fragale (Anthony "Pete") of Machias, Mark Hatt (Bethany) of Lincoln, Pamela Hatt of Wesley and Thomas Hatt of Nevada; her stepchildren, Robert "Bobby" Mullen of Eastport, Jennifer Patterson of Perry, Brian Mullen of Hermon, Jonathan Mullen of Blue Hill, Sue Lank of New York, Vicki Smith of Dennysville and Ricky Lank of East Machias; and her siblings, Walter MacDonald (Mary) of Massachusetts and Katherine Cook (David) of Bangor. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
