William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Foss and Marion Foss; his son Joshua; and his nephew David. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry (John) of Cincinnati, Linda (Peter) of Conway and Betty of Concord; his daughter Meagan of Old Town; and his close friends, Larry Johnson and Jennifer Phinney. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
