He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker; his children, Regina Baker and Vernon Baker; his stepchildren, Merrell Raymond and Marcus Raymond; his sister Janet Gracely (Bob); and his granddaughter Sophia Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Agape Christian Fellowship (178 N Perley Brook Rd, Fort Kent, ME 04743). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Allagash Municipal Cemetery.
