He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, James Hand (Tabby), Steven Hand (Tammy) and Sandra Fournier (Jason); and his siblings, Graydon Archer (Mary) and Kathleen Blair. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
