He was predeceased by : his parents, J. Edward McInnis and Muriel McInnis (Baldwin); his daughter JoAnna Berry; his stepdaughter Patty Berube; his grandson Brad Gonya; his stepgrandson Patrick Willett; and his siblings, Donald McInnis and Joan Cox.
He is survived by : his wife Alice L. McInnis (Littlefield); his children, Richard "Rich" McInnis, Jr., Elizabeth "Becky" and Lorrie "Lu" Leavitt; his sons-in-law, Barry Leavitt and Brian Berry; his grandchildren, Samantha McInnis (Joe Parent), Scott Leavitt, Becca McGreevy (Jared), Krystal Newton (Kyle), Kati Pelletier (Aaron), Chelsey Footer (Jack) and Colby Baker (Ashely Rollins); his stepchildren, John Willett, Joy Stewart and Glen; his stepgrandchildren, Jayson Berube, Tara Vaznis, Aaron Berube, Emily Smyth, Isaac Berube, Dylan McLaughlin and Georgia; and his brother-in-law Buzz Cox. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
