It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Ouellette of Millinocket, Maine, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his significant other Sallie Ouellette (Blake); his parents, Edmond Ouellette and Beulah Ouellette (Osborne); his brother John Ouellette (Cathy); his brother-in-law Herbert "Herbie" Malcolm; and his close friend Donald "Donnie" Elliott.

He is survived by : his children, Amy Ouellette of Newport News, VA and Kurt Ouellette (Miranda Durant) of Guilford, ME; his grandchildren, Bella, Lily Maynard, Aliyah and Jaylin Ouellette; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Ouellette (Loretta), James "Jim" Ouellette (Fran), Daniel "Danny" Ouellette (Kathy) and Sara Ouellette (Wayne); his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Malcom and William "Bill" Blake (Robin); and his close friend Lisa Dow Davies. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
