He is survived by: his wife Sharon Powers (McLeod); his sons, John (Tammy), Tim Powers (Susan), Rob Powers and Lance Powers (Tammy); his grandchildren, Sandra Austin (Kirk MacKenzie), Coty Powers (Kailie), Shelby Powers (Izaiah), Grayson Powers, Charlotte Powers, Austin Smith, William Smith, Tyler Smith, Connor Smith and Allyson Smith; his great grandchild Willow Powers; his brothers, Charles Powers, Ray Wakefield and Walt Ballard; and his nieces, Emma and Carolyn. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
