She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard S. Blake; her parents, Louis Charles and Nellie D. Charles (McAllister); and her siblings, Halbert Charles and Pauline Santa Maria.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy L. Veilleux and Lori J. Hart (Russ); her grandchildren, Shawn Hendricks (Jessica), Corey Martel, Shanna Casey (Corey), Amanda Cyr (Jon) and Latesa Clark (Stephen Daignault); her sister Ann Nelson; and her daughters, Lisa A. PrevostDaughter and Deborah L. BlakeDaughter. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
