She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Welch and Emily Welch (Barrett); her significant other Herbert Cooper; and her daughter Sherre. She is survived by : her son Christopher (Emily); and her granddaughters, Nicole (Heng-Hao) and Elizabeth.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fortin Group Funeral Home (217 Turner St, Auburn, ME 04210).
