We announce the death of Cheryl Stewart (Monmouth, Maine), who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, LaForest Small and Joyce Small (Reed); her grandson Tommy Stewart; her sister Carol Pratt; and her brothers-in-law, Roger Mason and Ben Pratt.
She is survived by: her husband Lindon H. Stewart of Wales; her children, Jessica Richard (Gerry) of Leeds, Randall Stewart (Lina) of Wales, Richard Stewart (Angie) of Wayne, Robert Stewart (Tami) of Wales, Russell Stewart (Joy) of Greene and Ryan Stewart (Jenna) of Augusta; and her siblings, Carleen Mason of Lisbon and Alan Small of Livermore. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Community Baptist Church (9 Main St, Sabattus, ME 04280). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Valley Cemetery.
