With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence McDonald (Monmouth, Maine), who passed away on December 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McDonald and Beatrice A. Polley McDonald; his son Larry McDonald Jr.; and his siblings, Madeline Polley, Pearl Moody, George D. McDonald, John C. McDonald, Blaine H. McDonald and Kenneth McDonald.

He is survived by: his wife Louella McDonald of Wales; his son Timothy McDonald of Wales; his grandchildren, Amanda McDonald of Lewiston, Brittany McDonald of Monmouth and Ryan McDonald of Lewiston; and his siblings, Joan Huff of Auburn, Pauline Morris of Florida and Winfield McDonald (Pauline) of Lewiston. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
