Allen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Allen is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Allen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen H. Dean and Joan M. Dean; his sister Donna M. Kaechele; and his half-brother Fred Allen Ostertag. He is survived by: his friends, Gary and Susan Killam; his former wife Joanne R. Dean; and his daughters, Kimberly A. Dean and Kirsten E. Dean. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bangor Humane Society or the Monson Fire Department, both of which reflect his love for animals and his generosity.
