John A. Villone Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Villone of Monson, Maine, born in Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Villone Jr. and Jean L. Kowalski-Villone; his brothers, Joseph A. Villone III of Sebring, FL and Doug Villone of Monson, ME; and his nephew Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen M. Olson-Villone; his brothers, Thomas Villone (Dawn) of Clarkdale, AZ and Jeffrey Villone (Sheri) of Sebring, FL; his mother-in-law Mildred Olson of Meredosia, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Villone of Monson, ME, Julie Elliott (Jim) of Jacksonville, IL, Wanda VanHyning of Meredosia, IL, Kimberly Eilers (Phillip) of Jacksonville, IL, Carla Lewis (Norman) of Jacksonville, IL, Sharlene Olson of White Hall, IL and Matthew Olson of Jacksonville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the City Church (129 E Vandalia Rd, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at the Oakland Cemetery (311 Oakland St, Meredosia, IL 62665).
