She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Belyea and Mildred F. Belyea (Wotton); her husband Francis Harvey; her son Allen "Corky" Harvey; her siblings, Evelyn Dyer, Phyllis Donatelli, Laura Belyea, Frieda Bailey, Ray, Paul, Billy, Charlie and Carl Belyea; and her son-in-law Jack Matheson.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Matheson, Darla Brown (Ron), Bruce Harvey (Brenda) and Brian Harvey; and her sister Elizabeth Cowperthwaite (Richard) of Monticello. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
