With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dede J. Paine (Mount Desert, Maine), born in Bar Harbor, Maine, who passed away on July 14, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris "Dot" Smith of Otter Creek and Alder Blair Jeffers Jr. of Milbridge; her former husband Ronald Paul MacQuinn Sr.; her daughter Kim Sargent; and her granddaughter Jessica Kane.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ruth MacQuinn, Michelle Martha MacQuinn, Ronald Paul MacQuinn Jr. and Stacey Elizabeth Crowley; her husband David Paine of Bar Harbor; her sister Connie Jeffers; her niece Jennifer Jeffers Shulman; her children-in-law, Lacey Peterman MacQuinn, Jerry Kane Jr., Luiz Gabetta and John Cuskelly; her stepchildren, Kelly Gabetta, Carie Cuskelly and Dean Paine; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sargent, Finn Teach, Hildie Bunker, Chelsey, Morgan Dawicki, Alexis Lily, Sierra Tapley, Mandy, Marlee, Matthew Cuskelly, Cleo and Quinn Paine; her goddaughter Giselle Brown; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Dunlop, Aspen Eisworth and Brailee Bunker; and her great-nieces, Lucky, Ava and Gigi Shulman. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
