She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice E. Carter and Virginia A. Carter; her brother Alden Carter; and her grandson James Freedman. She is survived by: her children, Barbara (N. C.) of Trenton, Ted (Trina), Brian (Robin) of Ellsworth, Mark (Pauline) of Eddington and Kim Murphy of Bar Harbor; her sisters, Jean Harrington of Sunrise, FL and Lois Hennigan of Trenton; her grandchildren, Zach, Shaylene, Ashley (Richie), Lexi Vanzura (Dane), Kendra and Brittany (Johnny); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Taylor, Madisyn, Ryker, Ellie, Kayzleigh, Tucker, Peyton and Raegan.
