Roberta Wallace Longsworth Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Roberta Wallace Longsworth of Mount Desert, Maine is shared. Roberta, born in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Roberta will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Roberta by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Roberta is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Roberta’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Wallace and Mary Wallace (Rodger); her husband Ralph Longsworth; and her children, Gordon (Danielle) and Margaret (Nina Boulard).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Somesville Church.
