With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott A Peterson of Mount Vernon, Maine, born in Augusta, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Peterson; his grandmother Doris Boyle; and his sister-in-law Michelle Peterson. He is survived by: his mother Gail Peterson (Boyle) of Sebastian, FL; his girlfriend Josette Poulin; his grandfather Arthur Boyle of Barefoot Bay, FL; his brother Andrew; his niece Hope of Sarasota, FL; his sister Laurie Warren (Simeon); his nieces, Isabelle and Cecilia of Natchitoches, LA.; his stepdaughter Katelyn True of Winthrop; and his grandsons, Jace Brooke (Kurstyn True) and Thomas Gibbs.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to PALS, 188 Case Rd, Winthrop, ME 04364 or a favorite local charity in memory of Scott.
