She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Flagg and Hazel Flagg (Gurney); her husband Kenneth Libby; and her brother Don H. Flagg. She is survived by: her sister Cindy Martin of Naples; and her sister-in-law Alice W. Flagg of Hartford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
