Barbara A. Cloutier Obituary

We announce the death of Barbara A. Cloutier (Newport, Maine), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 93. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Brockway and Vivian Brockway (LeClair); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Beverly, Dana Jr., Donald and Milton.

She is survived by: her son Ryan Cloutier (Tracy); her grandchildren, Jake Cloutier of Montana, Jessica Dillon (Seth) and Joseph Cloutier (Taylor Gallway); her daughter Jeri Lovley; her grandchild Lauren Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Skylar and Chance; her grandchild Taylor Everett (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Chloe and Liam; her grandchild Meaghan Foster (Matt); her great grandchildren, Austin, Brent and Charlotte; her son-in-law Scott Lovley; her sisters, Doris Young of Bangor and Phyllis Clukey of Spring Hill, Florida.; and her friend Mary Turner.
