He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roy Higgins and Patricia Higgins Legare (Donnelly); his siblings, Sue (Paul Prior) of Limerick, Don (Denise Higgins) of Jackson and Kim Marchand of Danielson, CT; his sister-in-law Jocelyne Higgins of Enfield, CT; his aunts, Joyce Banks of South Windsor, CT and Donna Nath of Solon, IA; and his brothers, Jack and Peter. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
