He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bean and Ruth Bean (Sweatt); his wife Elizabeth Bean of Newry; his daughter Kimberly Bean (Denise) of Newry; his sister Roberta Saunders; his brother-in-law Addison Saunders of Ellsworth, ME; and his stepdaughter Charlene Hame of North Carolina.
He is survived by: his brother Dana Bean of Florida; his children, Tammey Rooney (Thomas) of Madison, CT, Charles W and Scott Bean (Tammy) of Gray, ME; his friend Bethel; Ron Ives of Gahanna, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
