It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Charlotte Panter (North Berwick, Maine), who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Panter, Jr.; her brothers, Stephen Sullivan and John Sullivan; and her niece Cynthia "Cyndi" Sullivan. She is survived by: her son Stephen W. Panter of South Berwick; her sisters-in-law, Sally J. Sullivan of Eliot, Maine. and Helen E. Sullivan of Eliot, Maine.; her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Hill of Winthrop, NY, Sueanne Sullivan of Sanford, Sharon Tanguay of Westbrook, Stacy Sullivan of Eliot, Maine., Robert Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan of Eliot, Maine.; her close friends, Linda Eastman, Donna Wiggin, Denise Place, Michelle Coughlin and Jeannie Bond; and her children, Caleb, Nathaniel and Anna.
