He was predeceased by: his daughter Bethany. He is survived by: his significant other Jo Holt; his siblings, Mark Hurd (Susan), June Hurd Robertson (David), Frank Hurd (Deb) and Mary Hurd Waterhouse Lamb (Lonnie); and his son Seth Hurd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
